Well, the Head Auto Gang and DJ Krazyglue are currently cold chillin' in sunny London. Oi. I've been here for about 2 weeks now, taking it all in. This country is marvelous in every way. We begin the Head Automatica "Contageous Shooting" Tour in about a day, and we're all thoroughly excited. Krazyglue and I will spinning many parties while out here, so I'll have to keep everyone on this side of the pond posted and in the loop. Heads better come the fuck out to these shows and clubs to shake their shit all night. Come hang. We're in the mood to shake hands and trade records. I'll post some of my humorous tourist shots here soon. Some of Glue naked maybe. Alright, time to watch Liverpool VS. AC Milan. Milan is up by 2 and jarvis is scratching at the ceiling. HEAD AUTOMATICA POSTPONES THE FIRST DATE OF EUROPEAN TOUR.

May, 22 2007 - Head Automatica announced today that they will be postponing the first date of their European tour, May 23 2007
Southampton, UK. The band is doing everything possible to the tour
continue as scheduled on Thursday, May 24 2007.

The members of Head Automatica sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this cancellation may have caused and thank their fans for their continued support. Actions are being taken to reschedule the Southampton tour stop and details will be announced shortly.

Beating Heart Baby Release on the 28th May

The UK will be receiving something more than just the band this May, with the re-release of their biggest hit Beating Heart Baby on May 28th!

The re-release will contain the Chris Lord-Alge remix, and the El-P remix, and will be featured on a customised 7-inch picture-disc. The vinyl will be limited to 2000, so be sure to pick one up!

Larry Gorman. We, as a band felt it was time for both us and Larry to
move on from each other. Our new drummer is a gentleman from Nashville,

MTV2 has announced that New York based quintet, Head Automatica will be joining the MTV2 $2Bill Presents "Welcome To The Universe Tour" with 30 Seconds To Mars kicking off on October 17th in Minneapolis. The band along with Cobra Starship will open for 30 Seconds to Mars on all dates. Pink Spiders, Rock Kills Kid, The Receiving End Of Sirens, and Men, Women and Children will play select dates.

Head Automatica is touring in support of their recent release "Popaganda." The album follows-up the band's 2004 beat-laden debut Decadence, is big sing-along pop, with several tracks- including "Graduation Day" and "Lying Throught Your Teeth" -that instantly recall the crisp, punchy brightness of early Elvis Costello and the Attractions records. Heavily influenced by Squeeze, Nick Lowe, and Beatles-era backbeat pop, frontman Daryl Palumbo says the band intended to make an album that reflected their favorite British Invasion songwriters, but to put a contemporary spin on it.

"I really wanted to make music you might've heard in the U.K. in the late-'70s to early-'80s," he says. "Popaganda is our interpretation and homage to that great musical period."

The MTV2 tour is all-ages with a limited amount of tickets per city at $2 each while they last in a special internet pre-sale sponsored by MTV2 beginning at noon EST/PST on September 16th at Ticketmaster.com. There will be a 4 ticket limit per order for the pre-sale. Sales for General Tickets will begin the following week on September 23rd. Hello all,

To celebrate the first headlining tour for our Popaganda album, we decided to create something special for ya'll. We commissioned Augustus Clothing to hand make 400 amazingly beautiful T- shirts. There are about five different designs and each shirt is unique as far as the placement of image and colors used. These are totally limited edition shirts and will only be sold on this tour. Check out some photos of Jessie and I sporting a couple of these gems. There are only 350 shirts left, so don't snooze.

Head Automatica Cancels Tour Dates 8/25-26

"As I sit here in the hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina, I can't help but feel terrible for falling ill cancelling the show tonight in Charleston and tomorrow in Atlanta," said Head Automatica's Daryl Palumbo. "I promise to see you all soon, I am sorry for the inconvenience I may have caused. THANK YOU to everyone who has purchased a ticket and supports my band in anyway, we will rock for all of you soon. I appreciate your understanding. Hugs." Although it is uncomfortable and recurring, the disease is not life threatening, and upon release from the Hospital Daryl and Head Automatica will finish the remaining dates of the current tour.
